Group guided tour
Be guided by one of our experienced guides and experience the history of Maastricht down to the smallest details. From hidden stories to the events that have shaped the city, together we dive into Maastricht’s rich past. Ideal for groups who want to get to know Maastricht in an inspiring and accessible way.
How to book
To reserve a guided tour, simply send an email to publieksservice@maastricht.nl. Do you have questions or would you like more information? Feel free to contact us via the same address, we’re happy to help.
Please note: requests must be submitted no later than two weeks before the planned visit date.
Costs
A guided tour costs €100 per hour. In addition, each participant pays the regular admission fee. Do you have a Museumkaart? You can of course use it for entry.
Duration and group size
A guided tour lasts approximately one hour and is suitable for groups of up to 20 people. Is your group larger? We will split the group and provide multiple guides. For each guide, the fee for one guided tour applies.
Languages
Our guided tours are normally offered in Dutch, but you can also choose a tour in Mestreechs, our local Maastricht dialect. In addition, our guides speak English, Italian and Spanish. Let us know your preference and we’ll arrange it.
Catering during your group visit
Maastricht Museum does not provide catering itself, but there are plenty of welcoming cafés and restaurants in the immediate area. In our building, you can also visit Coffeelovers for a good cup of coffee or something sweet.
